Bruno Portela is a geologist with expertise in multi-scale and
multi-wavelength geological remote sensing. His work focuses on
integrating Earth Observation datasets to detect and characterise
surface indicators associated with mineral deposits and geothermal
systems.
His research combines optical, thermal and spectral remote sensing
approaches to support geological mapping and mineral exploration.
Within GeoPULSE, he contributes expertise in mineral mapping and
surface manifestation identification, supporting the development
of methodologies for geothermal resource assessment.
